Can I Buy One Lesson / Try It First / Book a Taster?  

Yes we can do that for £18.00 - Pick the instrument you want to try, and we'll sort that out: Piano / Keys, Guitar, Drums, Singing, or Strings  

 What does “Pro Rata” Mean?  

Much like salaried tutors, we have term time school holidays (according to our local authority) off, and ACSME is closed.  However, we are still paid on the 1st of every month, even August.  The reason for this is 1) It splits your (lower) cost  evenly between the months and 2) It guarantees a regular income for our tutors.  

 So do I save money being on this monthly scheme?  

Yes! There are 39 teaching weeks in the year, so the saving is a minimum of £60.00.  

 How do I know when you are closed and there are no lessons?  

Maybe you’re part of a non-local or different education authority.  All of our school closure dates are published here.  

 What if my tutor cancels a lesson? Do I get a refund?  

If a mutually convenient catch-up time can not be arranged with the tutor, then yes of course.  

 What payment methods do you accept?  

All on-scheme payments must be made via an automatic payment method (e.g. standing order or direct debit).  We do not accept cash or cheque under any circumstances
